Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional experience, with at least 5+ years in iOS/macOS development.
• Experience shipping mobile frameworks used by teams outside your own.
• Proven ability to lead architecture of complex, high‑performance production systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the technical architecture for multimodal workflows with focus on safety.
• Lead design and implementation of features leveraging hardware and software capabilities.
• Mentor engineers and foster best development practices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate safety needs into performant software.
• Optimize performance for large‑scale image processing and real‑time interactions.
• Contribute to deployment pipelines and tooling as needed.
