Job summary

Procore is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, iOS, to join its Mobile team in Austin. You will design, build, and scale iOS features that empower construction teams worldwide, delivering high-quality code and contributing to engineering standards.

You’ll collaborate with Engineering, Product, Design, and QA to translate user needs into reliable, performant mobile experiences. A strong iOS background and passion for mentoring peers are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of engineering experience, including 3+ years building native iOS apps with Swift.
• Strong knowledge of iOS architectures (CoreData, SwiftUI, UIKit) and MVC/MVVM patterns.
• Proven track record shipping complex, high-quality software.
• Product mindset or mobile automation experience is a plus.
• Experience leading or contributing to medium-scale technical initiatives.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.
• Self-directed with good judgment on escalation vs. independent resolution.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex, high-impact features across iOS apps.
• Contribute to architectural and design decisions with staff engineers.
• Identify issues and drive improvements in your area.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and pairing.
• Partner with Product, Design, and QA to translate needs into scalable solutions.
• Improve performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Support full feature lifecycle, including production support.
• Engage with generative tools and agentic workflows.
