Ladders is seeking a Software Engineer 5 - iOS to join a leader in the Hospitality & Recreation space. You will build and refine consumer-facing iOS experiences for a large-scale digital product environment, partnering with product management, design, and engineering teams to shape user experiences and drive thoughtful technical decisions.

The role requires strong collaboration and a balance of business needs with scalable architecture in a fast-moving, consumer-driven setting.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of software engineering experience, particularly in iOS development.
• Proficiency in Swift and GraphQL for building consumer-facing experiences.
• Strong understanding of scalable, maintainable code architecture.
• Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
