• Extract telemetry and build dashboards for leadership.
• Support migration of on‑prem services to cloud‑native architecture.
• Keep CI/CD fast to maintain flow for CA engineers.
• Mentor juniors and reinforce a strong code-review culture.
• Drive measurable Customer Service performance wins in CA.
