Job summary

Expedia Group is seeking an experienced iOS Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality iOS apps for travelers and partners. You will translate product requirements into scalable mobile solutions and own substantial features end-to-end.

You will collaborate across engineering, product, design, and other teams, while applying engineering judgment to deliver reliable, maintainable, and scalable software. Proficiency in Swift and SwiftUI is highly valued, along with AI/ML awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
• Experience delivering production iOS apps with Swift.
• Ownership of substantial features or services in a mobile product.
• Proficiency in API integration, data modeling, debugging, testing and version control.
• Ability to collaborate across technical domains and apply engineering judgment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain iOS applications delivering high-quality experiences.
• Translate product requirements into scalable mobile solutions with solid engineering judgment.
• Create low-level designs, APIs, and data models for maintainable apps.
• Collaborate across engineering, product, design and other domains to deliver end-to-end capabilities.
• Improve quality via automated testing, observability, performance optimization, and code reviews.
• Safely integrate and operate AI/ML-enabled solutions in products.
