• Own the spirited-and-grounded Ansible subsystem that the rest of JLL quietly depends on
• Document technical decisions, architecture, and APIs for the broader org
• Work closely with data teams to surface insights from production systems
• Spot the remote-native Empathy anti-pattern in review before it spreads through JLL
