Job summary

Well Dot, Inc. in Boston, MA is seeking a Senior iOS Developer to build a world‑class iOS app for our engagement and behavior change platform. You will work with designers and engineers to design, develop, release, and maintain the iOS app across the full lifecycle.

You will contribute to a fast‑paced environment with ownership, self‑motivation, and teamwork. Expect collaboration across hubs in Boston, Chapel Hill, NY, Minneapolis and a possible remote option within the United States.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of iOS development experience with scalable apps.
• Experience integrating third‑party SDKs via Cocoapods and Swift Package Manager.
• Strong RESTful API experience and JSON familiarity.
• Translate design mockups from Zeplin/Figma into production UIs.
• Proficiency in UIKit/Autolayout and SwiftUI.
• Knowledge of concurrency (GCD, async/await) and reactive programming (RxSwift/Combine).
• MVVM-C with Dependency Injection; Agile delivery mindset.
• Experience with modern infrastructure, security practices, and testing (Unit/UI).
• Build and distribution workflows with Git, Fastlane, Bitrise, TestFlight, Firebase, Xcode Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Deliver new iOS features quickly and with high quality.
• Collaborate with design and product to evaluate designs and reduce time to market.
• Own key components and improve code quality and maintainability of the iOS app.
• Participate in code reviews, QA, and production monitoring.
• Coach and mentor junior developers.
