N2P Systems in Denver, CO seeks a Senior iOS Automation Engineer / Lead with 8+ years of QA and automation testing to drive end-to-end testing for iOS apps and lead automation initiatives. You will manage production issues, support critical releases, and collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and Scrum Masters to ensure high-quality product delivery.

Exceptional analytical and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

8+ years in Software Testing and QA Automation.
Strong iOS mobile testing and automation experience.
Hands-on with XCUITest, Appium, Selenium.
Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or REST Assured.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience handling production issues and business-critical applications.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and own QA activities for iOS mobile applications.
Manage production issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolutions with development and business teams.
Support urgent business requests, hotfix validations, and release activities.
Participate in release planning, risk assessments, and go/no-go decisions.
Mentor junior QA engineers and promote QA best practices.
Prepare test reports, quality metrics, and defect status updates.
Drive continuous process improvements within the QA organization.
