Job summary

Neuro Pathway, LLC is seeking an experienced IONM Coordinator (CNIM) to lead day-to-day operations for a hospital-based intraoperative neuromonitoring program in Charleston, SC. This leadership role combines hands-on case work with strategic oversight.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of IONM experience, CNIM, and relevant neurodiagnostic registries or a bachelor’s degree, plus current BLS. You will collaborate with the Medical Director and Senior Manager to uphold ABRET accreditation and drive

Qualifications

• CNIM required.
• 5+ years of intraoperative neuromonitoring experience.
• One or more neurodiagnostic registries (R. EEG T., R. EP T., R. NCS T.) or a bachelor's degree
• Current BLS (AHA or American Red Cross)

Responsibilities

• Oversee 24/7 IONM operations for adult and pediatric services
• Partner with the Medical Director and Senior Manager on quality, efficiency and financial goals
• Help maintain the lab's ABRET IONM accreditation
• Support staffing and coordinate physician oversight for all procedures
• Provide hands-on monitoring and help the IONM team during cases as needed

Starting at $85,000 per year

Our healthcare partner, a leading academic medical center in downtown Charleston, is seeking an experienced IONM Coordinator to lead day-to-day operations for its hospital-based intraoperative neuromonitoring program. This is a great step up for a CNIM with 5+ years of IONM experience who is ready to move into a leadership role while staying hands-on in cases.

You'll oversee 24/7 IONM operations for both adult and pediatric services, reporting to the IONM Senior Manager and working closely with the Medical Director.
