Valiant Integrated Services seeks a Senior Information Operations (IO) Subject Matter Expert to design, integrate, and execute IO activities within Joint Staff and Combatant Command exercises in Suffolk, Virginia.

You will develop realistic information environment conditions that integrate MISO, MILDEC, OPSEC, PA, CA, and cyberspace operations, leveraging AI and Power Platform to enhance operational realism and decision-making for senior leaders.

Formación

• Eight years of Joint military operations or Information Operations experience.
• Experience supporting Joint Staff, Combatant Commands, or Joint Task Forces.
• Strong understanding of MISO, MILDEC, OPSEC, PA, Cyberspace Operations, JEMSO, CA, and Space Operations.
• Excellent analytical, briefing, and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as IO exercise planner for Joint Staff, Combatant Command, and Joint Task Force exercises.
• Participate in all Joint Exercise Lifecycle planning conferences, workshops, rehearsals, and exercise events.
• Design, develop, and integrate realistic IO objectives, events, and effects across the operational environment.
• Synchronize IO activities with intelligence, cyberspace, space, JEMSO, OPSEC, MILDEC, PA, CA, MISO, and other capabilities.
• Develop OE products that replicate information activities across strategic, operational, and tactical levels.
• Coordinate with OE, Intelligence, M&S, Cyber, Space, and Functional Area planners for integrated multi-domain design.
• Develop MSEL injects, narratives, information environment products, and control documentation.
• Research adversary information capabilities and doctrine to enhance realism.
• Support Orders of Battle, PMESII-PT analysis, and environment replication across domains.
• Utilize AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics to improve planning and assessments.
• Prepare executive briefings, planning products, and senior leadership reports.
