Job summary

The Unconventional is seeking an Information Operations (IO) / Multi-Domain SME to support SOCPAC exercise events in Hawaii. You will build synthetic information environments and manage information warfare scenarios across MISO, MILDEC, OPSEC, and EW elements.

The role requires SOF training experience, the ability to work 12-hour shifts during exercises, and a SECRET clearance (TS/SCI eligibility preferred).

Qualifications

• IO/MD experience integrating MISO, MILDEC, OPSEC, EW vignettes.
• Experience supporting SOF training and exercise events.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts during exercise support.
• Must possess or be able to obtain TS/SCI clearance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite tools.

Responsibilities

• Construct a complex synthetic information environment for MISO, MILDEC, OPSEC and EW vignettes.
• Replicate adversary and civilian information actors during exercises and monitor assessments.
• Ensure non-kinetic MSEL timelines stay synchronized with kinetic ops across joint domains.
