Job summary

Brunswick Group seeks an Associate to join our Financial Practice, specializing in investor relations and strategic communications for corporate clients. You will integrate with teams to craft messaging around capital markets events and governance matters, helping clients position themselves effectively with investors.

The role requires deep knowledge of corporate finance and markets, plus the ability to mentor junior staff and manage multiple client deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of corporate finance, capital markets and U.S. public company investment landscape.
• Ability to translate investor perspective into effective communications for multiple stakeholders.
• Proven experience managing teams and mentoring junior staff.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for complex matters.

Responsibilities

• Develop investor relations and financial communications engagement programs.
• Advise clients on communicating to investors during financial events and leadership transitions.
• Support management on earnings calendars, conferences and investor days.
• Lead and mentor account teams across multiple clients with tight deadlines.
• Build relationships with clients, analysts and the investor community.
