QC Capital Group seeks an experienced Investor Relations professional to lead capital formation for private equity and alternatives. Based in Charlotte or New York, you will cultivate RIAs and institutional investors, manage a robust pipeline, and drive fundraising initiatives.

The role emphasizes outbound and inbound prospecting, relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration with investment, operations, and marketing teams to optimize investor communications and materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field required.
• MBA or CFA designation preferred.
• Minimum of 5+ years in investor relations, capital raising, or sales within private equity, hedge funds, or alternatives.
• Proven track record of closing institutional capital in outbound and inbound channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising and capital formation strategies across private equity, private credit, and other alternatives.
• Generate new investor opportunities through outbound prospecting and campaigns.
• Manage inbound inquiries, qualify leads, and progress through the pipeline to closing.
• Drive full-cycle sales from outreach to due diligence and capital commitments.
• Develop deep relationships with RIAs, family offices, endowments, and institutions.
• Collaborate with leadership to design data-driven capital raising campaigns and materials.
