Job summary

Alumni Ventures seeks a Senior Account Executive, Investment Sales in Manchester, NH to convert prospective investors into first-time AV investors and lay the groundwork for long-term relationships.

Reporting to the EVP of Nurture Marketing, you will own inbound and warm prospect conversations from qualification through close, tailor your approach to each investor, and document outcomes in HubSpot to drive growth across AV’s offerings.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of closing sales experience in financial services or related fields.
• Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to diagnose client needs and adapt conversations accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Own inbound and warm prospect calls end to end.
• Prioritize zero-to-one conversion for new investors.
• Identify prospect motivations and adapt approach in real time.
• Connect needs to AV offerings and explain investment opportunities.
• Document outcomes and advance leads in HubSpot.
• Collaborate with Marketing to improve lead quality and messaging.
