Clear written and verbal communication skills and the judgment to work effectively with senior leaders, operating teams, vendors, and external partners as well as high attention to detail, strong ownership, and willingness to move between administrative coordination, analytical support, and practical operating work. Additionally, it is preferred to have a well‑rounded business background with experience in any combination of operations, finance, project coordination, administration, process improvement, or related work. A demonstrated adaptability and comfort shifting among analytical, administrative, project‑based, and operational responsibilities as portfolio needs evolve. A strong curiosity and an ability to learn unfamiliar industries, technologies, and business models through research, hands‑on experience, and guidance from subject‑matter experts. Resourceful problem‑solving, organization, communication, and follow‑through across multiple stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines. Strong practical proficiency with modern business and artificial intelligence tools to improve research, analysis, materials, and workflow efficiency. Prior exposure to investments, operating assets, energy, infrastructure, construction, data centers, digital‑asset infrastructure, EV charging, or real estate is helpful but not required.
