Job summary

YTS Wealth Management is seeking a highly detailed Senior Investment Trader to build and operate trading infrastructure for a growing wealth platform. You will execute client trades, manage portfolios across asset classes, and collaborate with the investment team to implement strategies.

The role requires 5–8+ years of trading experience, proficiency with major platforms, and a strong emphasis on accuracy, controls, and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of relevant experience in trading, portfolio management, or investment operations.
• Meaningful experience executing and overseeing trading across many client accounts.
• Experience with Black Diamond, Orion, Tamarac or similar systems.
• Strong understanding of portfolio implementation, trade execution, and reconciliation.
• Familiarity with major custodial platforms and multi-custodian environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute trading activity across client portfolios and investment strategies.
• Manage trading across equities, ETFs, mutual funds, fixed income and other vehicles.
• Execute portfolio rebalances, model changes, and tax-related trades.
• Monitor trade execution, allocations, cash balances, and post-trade issues.
• Collaborate with advisors and investment professionals to implement recommendations.
• Develop scalable trading workflows for a growing platform.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and controls.
