The role requires 5–10 years of investment experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and active pursuit or possession of CFA/CAIA/CIMA/CIPM designations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with coursework in business or investment-related subjects.
• 5-10 years of relevant investment experience.
• Pursuing or holding CFA, CAIA, CIMA, or CIPM designation.
• Knowledge of performance calculations, risk metrics, and portfolio construction.
• Strong collaboration and communication in a team setting.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Experience presenting complex topics to clients with varying sophistication.

Responsibilities

• Support investment services for institutional, endowment, and foundation clients.
• Collaborate with experts to build portfolios and evaluate asset managers.
• Analyze portfolio performance and risk metrics.
• Lead client meetings and present findings to investment committees.
• Mentor junior analysts and manage multiple client deliverables.
• Engage with investment managers, custodians, and Mercer experts for data gathering.
