Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or investment-related coursework.
• 2–5 years of relevant investment experience.
• Actively pursuing or willing to obtain CFA, CAIA, CIMA, or CIPM designation.
• Knowledge of performance calculations, risk metrics, and portfolio construction.
• Self-motivated and effective in a highly collaborative team environment.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and understanding of its impact on the big picture.

Responsibilities

• Examine and monitor developments at investment management firms and communicate updates to clients.
• Manage projects by ensuring timely, high-quality client deliverables, delegating work to analysts, guiding peers, and ensuring peer review.
• Thrive in an environment embracing AI and technology-enabled tools.
• Produce accurate client reports through analysis of investment data, performance, and manager monitoring.
• Liaise with investment managers and custodians to gather and clarify client data for reporting and other matters.
• Support investment manager searches, investment structure reviews, mutual fund selection, asset allocation studies, and other activities.
• Analyze and edit investment policy statements and conduct strategic portfolio structure and asset allocation analysis.
• Participate in quarterly or ad-hoc client meetings.
