Job summary

Mercer Advisors is seeking a Manager, Senior Portfolio Consultant II to oversee the Portfolio Consulting department. You will lead a team of Portfolio Consultants, align with Wealth Advisors, and drive strategic initiatives to enhance investment management services.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and Series 65, with CFP/CFA a plus, plus 4–10 years in financial services and strong analytical skills. This position supports a flexible, professional office environment with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; CFP/CFA or advanced degree a plus.
• Series 65 required.
• 4–10 years of financial services experience; leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a team of Portfolio Consultants; provide guidance and support to maximize performance.
• Coordinate with Wealth Advisors, Operations, Portfolio Management, Compliance and Trading to ensure service delivery.
• Demonstrate understanding of capital markets and portfolio design & management.
