Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ working experience with financial institutions, preferably with fund houses or experience as CRM.
• Strong knowledge of investment products and sales leadership.
• Registered RI with passes in HKSI Licensing Examination Papers 1, 7 & 8; CFP/CFA designation an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive frontline sales to achieve targets.
• Develop sales strategies for clusters with DH and Branch Managers.
• Coach and train sales staff and develop sales materials for consistency.
• Provide professional support through joint calls and portfolio reviews.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory codes and internal policies.
