Job summary

Kestra Financial, Inc. is seeking a Senior Strategic Implementation Manager to drive disciplined delivery of high-priority investment product launches and platform initiatives.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across technology, compliance, business development, and operations, ensuring programs realize measurable business outcomes. You will champion agile delivery models, establish governance rhythms, and manage dashboards that track milestones, dependencies, and ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 2+ years in technical product management with Agile.
• 5+ years in wealth management, investment operations, or trading.
• Experience leading end-to-end launches of investment products or platform capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end governance and planning for priority product launches and platform initiatives.
• Lead launch campaigns with GTM activities, sales enablement, and onboarding.
• Establish and maintain a prioritized portfolio of initiatives for Investment Platforms & Product.
• Translate product strategy into executable implementation plans with milestones.
