Job summary

Great Gray Group is seeking a Senior Manager Research Analyst to lead investment oversight across CIFs and sub-advisors. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution and requires strong knowledge of markets, fiduciary standards, and committee communication.

You will oversee the end-to-end investment process, develop IPS statements, and ensure robust controls while mentoring investment professionals in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work in Wilmington, DE is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years of investment-related experience.
• Comprehensive industry and investment knowledge across a broad range of asset classes.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to present to committees.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of financial markets and asset classes.
• Lead external manager research evaluations and sub-advisor recommendations across CIFs.
• Manage end-to-end investment process for all collective funds and ensure timely reviews.
• Construct and maintain IPS for sub-advised funds.
• Own investment integrity and operating standards of sub-advisors.
• Assess sub-advisor and fund performance; complete reviews.
• Conduct due diligence on manager research firms and sub-advisor relationships.
• Assist ERISA fiduciary decision-making from an investment perspective.
• Serve on governance committees and participate in enterprise projects.
