Job summary

The W.K. Kellogg Foundation, based in Battle Creek, Michigan, seeks a Senior Analyst, Investment Operations to support the Foundation’s investment portfolio with strong operational discipline.

You will coordinate onboarding, cash flows, settlements, data management and reporting, ensuring governance and compliance across investment activities. Reporting to the Associate Director, Asset Allocation and Risk Management, you will partner with the investment office and external service providers to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in investments, accounting, business, or economics.
• Four+ years of experience in investment operations, fund administration, asset management, or related field.
• Experience collaborating across diverse cultural and professional backgrounds.
• Manage multi-asset class accounts, global portfolio administration.
• Knowledge of investments, tax, legal, AML/KYC, and operations for middle- and back-office tasks.
• Familiarity with leading custodians is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and fiduciary integrity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate mid- and back-office processes for investment decisions, onboarding, and terminations.
• Maintain investment operations data and document-management in line with standards.
• Support cash flows, rebalancing activity, and terminations per procedures.
