Job summary
Asseta is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant, Investments to lead the investment-side configuration for UHNWIs, family offices, and RIAs. You will manage holdings, cost basis, and performance calculations while ensuring accurate data migration and reporting across custodians.
You will mentor peers, collaborate with Project Managers and Engineering, and deliver training on investment analytics and reporting.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in investment operations, portfolio accounting, or investment software implementation.
- Strong understanding of holdings data, cost basis methodologies, and performance calculations.
- Experience with multi-custodian data feeds and custodial reconciliation (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding for clients with complex investment portfolios.
- Configure holdings, positions, cost basis, and performance calculations.
- Own data migration and validation for investment and custodial data.
- Serve as subject-matter expert on investment accounting and reporting.
- Plan and sequence investment workstreams with project managers.
- Deliver client training on investment reporting and analytics.
- Translate client feedback into product and engineering requirements.
- Mentor other consultants on investment data concepts.
