Job summary

Asseta seeks experienced Project Managers to report to our Head of Implementation and lead the delivery of Asseta implementations for family-office clients. You will own the plan, timeline, and stakeholder communication across multiple concurrent engagements, keeping projects on track from kickoff through go-live and stabilization.

You will coordinate implementation consultants, engineering, and client teams to ensure projects land on time, within scope, and to a high standard of quality.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience, ideally delivering software implementations or professional services.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent client projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong understanding of implementation lifecycles and delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent Asseta implementations, from kickoff through go-live and stabilization.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on project status, milestones, and expectations.
• Coordinate implementation consultants, engineering, and client stakeholders to keep work on track.
• Drive project milestones from CRP to UAT to Go-Live, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
• Identify risks and blockers early and proactively resolve them to protect timelines and outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops, status meetings, and executive updates, communicating clearly at every level.
• Contribute to improving delivery playbooks, onboarding processes, and project management standards.
