Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or equivalent.
• CPA qualification preferred.
• 6–8 years of relevant private markets / asset management experience, Big 4 background advantageous.
• Strong initiative, able to manage multiple tasks and engage with stakeholders.
• Proficient with MS Office and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with deal teams and stakeholders to assess valuation and due diligence.
• Provide financial input on holding structures and funding mechanisms; assess accounting/valuation impacts.
• Manage multiple work streams with internal and external stakeholders during investment/divestment.
• Prepare and review market valuation for private investments within corporate policies.
• Partner with operations to meet operating requirements and liaise with banks on funding guidelines.
• Review financial controls for asset operations and coordinate with external auditors.
• Oversee the investment holding platform organization and financial reporting.
