Qualifications

• Experience building complex financial models and evaluating investments.
• Background in ventures, entrepreneurship, M&A, finance or strategy.
• Strong communication with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial due diligence to support deal execution and valuation.
• Build and maintain financial models to forecast returns.
• Develop AI-enabled workflows and templates for investment research.
• Coordinate with portfolio companies on financial and operational matters.
• Support investment committee workflow and deal flow processes.
• Assist in M&A diligence and portfolio reporting.
