Qualifications

• BA in Business, Finance, or related field.
• English fluency is mandatory.
• At least 3 years of experience in ventures, entrepreneurship, M&A, finance, and/or strategy.
• Experience building complex financial models and analyzing investment opportunities.
• Technical, commercial, innovation, and/or sales experience in construction a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial due diligence to support investments and build market comps.
• Assist with deal flow: sourcing, screening, CRM management, and due diligence.
• Build financial models to assess valuation and forecast returns.
• Develop AI-enabled workflows and processes for investment research and portfolio reporting.
• Coordinate with portfolio companies to support financial, accounting, hiring, and ops.
• Identify emerging financial distress and performance risks across portfolio.
• Support M&A financial diligence as needed.
