The team operates in an agile environment, collaborating with business leaders, IT, and vendors to deliver high-impact data products. The position emphasizes data governance, data quality, and advanced analytics using SQL, Python, Tableau, and cloud technologies (Azure/AWS).

Qualifications

• Undergraduate studies in computer science, MIS, business, statistics, math, or related field preferred.
• Graduate studies in business, statistics, math, CS or related field a plus.
• 6–10 years of relevant experience with data management standards and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Identifies, executes, and communicates data strategy opportunities with defined KPIs to enable a data-driven culture.
• Advises on data acquisition, curation, and consumption for analytical and operational uses; documents data sources and mastering rules.
• Maps end-to-end data flow and business processes, recommending solutions and adaptations.
• Builds relationships with business, technology, and vendor partners; communicates data impacts and promotes transparency.
• Prompts data, reporting and analytics requirements to generate solutions.
• Participates in planning and execution of UAT and coordinates remediation with the development team.
