Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of accounting experience in relevant sectors.
• Strong understanding of general ledger, financial reporting, and month-end close.
• Advanced Excel and familiarity with accounting systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Investment Accounting: Record and reconcile investment activity, including income, gains, losses, and related financial transactions.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements, investment reports, and supporting schedules to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Account Reconciliations: Reconcile bank, investment, and general ledger accounts while investigating and resolving discrepancies.
• Financial Close: Support monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
• Accounting Compliance: Maintain accurate accounting records, support audit requirements, and ensure compliance with established accounting standards.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to strengthen accounting controls, improve reporting processes, and enhance operational efficiency.
