Atlantic Group is seeking a Vice President of Accounting in Fairfield County, CT. This leadership position focuses on overseeing accounting operations, tax compliance, and financial reporting within a financial services environment.

The ideal candidate will have 4–7 years of accounting experience, strong leadership skills, and expertise in financial planning and analysis.

This role involves close collaboration with executive leadership to drive operational efficiencies and support business objectives.

Competenze

• 4–7 years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including management.
• Strong knowledge of tax compliance, financial reporting, and GAAP accounting.
• Experience in financial services, investment management, or related industries.

Mansioni

• Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll accounting.
• Lead federal, state, and local tax compliance efforts.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and long-range planning processes.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Direct audit processes and strengthen internal controls.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to support key business decisions.
