The Medicaid Fraud  & Abuse Division of the State of Washington Attorney General’s Office seeks an AGO Investigator/Analyst Supervisor to lead complex civil and criminal healthcare fraud investigations in Spokane. This expert role coordinates with federal, state and local agencies and supervises a team of investigators and analysts.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree and ten years of experience conducting investigations, which include the authority to independently plan and conduct investigations in civil or criminal cases.
• At least two of these years must include supervision of investigators.
• OR Five years experience as an AGO Senior Investigator/Analyst.

Aufgaben

• Investigate and coordinate highly complex civil and criminal healthcare fraud and related matters under the oversight of the assigned AAG.
• Lead multi-jurisdictional investigations relating to Medicaid provider fraud, abuse and neglect of vulnerable populations.
• Develop case investigation plans, assign duties to investigators, and monitor progress to completion.
• Coordinate with federal, local and Washington State law enforcement agencies as required and establish relationships with administrative agencies for referrals and training.
