Qualifications

• Experience independently planning and conducting civil or criminal investigations.
• Additional qualifying investigative experience may substitute year for year for education.

Responsibilities

• Independently design investigation plans and scopes for complex environmental violations.
• Review records from databases like PARIS, ICIS-AIR, RCRAInfo, and FRS.
• Draft reports, memoranda, and affidavits; assist in trial or proceedings.
• Collaborate with attorneys and partners across state and federal agencies.
• Promote environmental justice and conduct field observations and sample collection.
