Qualifications

• Two or more years of civil, administrative or criminal investigative experience, or experience as a law enforcement officer.
• Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with specialization in criminal justice, law enforcement, criminology, business administration, social sciences or closely related area.
• Knowledge of computer applications such as Adobe Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations of suspected violations and or incidents related to administrative law.
• Conduct new and routine business inspections.
• Collect, assemble, and preserve facts, statements, affidavits for use in legal actions.
• Prepare and review detailed reports of investigative findings.
• Serve subpoenas.
• Testify in criminal, civil, and administrative proceedings.
