Location: Remote, must be willing to travel at short notice

Salary: $110,000 and up, depending on experience

Position: Permanent

Dailymail.com is a news leader known for breaking blockbuster stories and we want a Senior Investigative Reporter to join our Exclusives Team in the United States.

Suitable candidates will currently be working as reporters on a regional, local or national newspaper, magazine or website, or in a television newsroom and have a proven record of uncovering exclusive news stories. A deft writing style is imperative. You can be based anywhere in the Lower 48 states so long as you have easy access to a major airport because you will be required to travel – often at short notice.

Requirements

• At least five years of news reporting experience
• A proven history of breaking news stories
• Strong writing and editing skills
• The ability to conduct thorough research, gather evidence and construct well-reasoned narratives that inform and engage our readers
• A keen analytical mind coupled with a relentless curiosity
• Understanding of legal issues related to journalism and investigation
