Qualifications

• Seven (7) years of investigations of criminal or fraudulent activity.
• Seven (7) years of fact finding analyses and investigative reporting.
• Associate’s degree plus five years in investigations or fact finding.
• Bachelor’s degree plus three years in investigations or fact finding.
• Master’s degree plus two years in investigations or fact finding.

Responsibilities

• Reviews complaints and assigns cases to investigative staff.
• Monitors cases to ensure timeliness and compliance with procedures.
• Reviews investigative reports for completeness and findings.
• Coordinates large-scale investigations across departments and agencies.
• Trains and directs staff in investigative practices and techniques.
• Testifies in court, arbitrations, and Personnel Board hearings.
