Qualifications

• Strong legal writing and memo/investigation report drafting.
• Experience in fact-gathering interviews and evidence collection.
• Knowledge of personnel selection standards and management practices.
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities.

• Develops investigations plans identifying allegations and scope.

• Drafts concise, well-analyzed investigation reports.
• Maintains timely communication with parties and stakeholders.
• Keeps accurate investigation records and tracks progress.
• Collaborates with colleagues to complete investigations.
• Liaises with Title IX coordinator on cases.
