The role requires strong problem-solving, hands-on lab skills, and the ability to travel up to 25%. A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and 5+ years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in technical support or field service in inverter-based systems.
• Experience with inverter-based products and power electronics.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to document clearly for internal and customer use.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to field teams and customers for inverter products.
• Develop and maintain internal and customer-facing documentation.
• Design tooling for troubleshooting to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams.
• Conduct training for field teams and customers to improve knowledge.
• Monitor support metrics and drive improvement actions.
• Stay current with industry trends in inverter tech.
• Ensure compliance with EPC Power safety policies.
• Travel up to 25% as required.
