Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5 years of aviation supply chain inventory management experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Hands-on inventory planning experience.
• Experience building budgets and forecasts and managing operating expenses.
• Strong database skills to track inventory and support planning methods.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams across disciplines and manage onshore/offshore resources.
• Strong judgment on operational issues, including escalation, communication, and crisis management.
• Excellent communication and relationship management with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Set inventory levels across the maintenance network and lead the planning teams.
• Lead the annual provisioning forecast based on fleet size, route structure, and flying activity.
• Build and maintain inventory planning databases and tools.
• Manage toolings program to meet safety and regulatory audits.
• Source, negotiate, and manage supplier contracts; track performance.
• Coordinate revisions to tooling programs and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and monitor annual materials budgets and cost savings.
• Report contract status and performance metrics to senior management.
