Phillips Corporation in Lawrence, MA seeks an experienced Inventory Manager to own our warehouse operations and drive flawless stock accuracy across supply lines. You will engineer advanced tracking systems, resolve discrepancies, and deliver monthly predictive reports to sustain reliable project execution.

You will partner with Service Scheduler to ensure technicians have the right parts as work orders start, identify shortages early, reduce procurement costs, and minimize inventory loss

Qualifications

• 8+ years in warehouse leadership and inventory management
• Experience with inventory management software and cycle counts
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• US citizen required

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory operations and optimize processes to ensure accuracy
• Engineer and oversee advanced inventory tracking systems
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly
• Generate monthly reports on stock levels and adjustments
• Collaborate with Service Scheduler to ensure parts availability for work orders
• Identify shortages early and reduce procurement costs
• Minimize inventory loss through best practices across the life cycle
