Job summary

Target in Minneapolis seeks a Sr. Inventory Analyst for Apparel and Accessories to drive availability and profitability through data-driven inventory management.

You will analyze KPI data, allocate stock across stores, and collaborate with Merchants, Planning & Inventory Management Ops, Stores and vendors to optimize supply chains. The role requires deep analytical ability, forecasting skills, and strong communication; office presence is required Monday–Thursday with Friday option to work from

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of inventory management, retail supply chain, or related field.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze large and complex data sets.
• Ability to influence and communicate clearly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Drive inventory strategies to deliver availability and profitable sales.
• Utilize deep analytics to solve problems and improve KPIs.
• Manage and allocate inventory across all stores and nodes.
• Partner with Merchants, PIM Ops, Stores and vendors to execute processes.
• Lead division-level strategies and training initiatives.
