Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive supply chain operations experience for Senior; 8+ years for Lead.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with integrity across key stakeholders to align risks, mitigations, and opportunities.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, stocking policies, safety stock, and reorder parameters.
• Support material planning against demand, ensuring material availability and tying together demand planning with purchasing and invoicing.
• Maintain accuracy between physical inventory and systems records; execute cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Develop dashboards and reports to communicate inventory performance and trends.
• Coordinate replenishment with Purchasing, Planning, Maintenance, Production and Warehouse Operations.
• Identify inventory risks, root causes and corrective actions; support audits and governance.
