Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in inventory management, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proficient in cycle counting, purchasing, production support and RCA.
• Strong knowledge of inventory systems and procedures.
• Excellent analytical and leadership skills; able to manage a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all inventory operations and maintain optimal levels.
• Perform cycle counts and physical inventories for accuracy.
• Develop and implement inventory control procedures.
• Collaborate with purchasing to optimize procurement.
• Support production and forecast inventory needs with teams.
• Analyze issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
• Prepare inventory reports for management review.
• Train and supervise inventory staff to comply with policies.
• Work with sales and planning to forecast needs.
• Implement cost-reduction initiatives.
