Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking a Senior Inventory Specialist to join our Phoenix, AZ team. You will handle cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, receiving, stocking, staging and shipping materials, while maintaining safety and accuracy standards.

You will use RF handheld devices and the WMS dashboard to manage counts, locations, returns, and discrepancies, supporting efficient warehouse operations and customer service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in inventory control or high-volume warehouse/distribution center.
• Forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment certification preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Perform cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Receive, stock, stage, and ship material per standards.
• Use RF devices and WMS dashboards for inventory tasks and reporting.
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams to correct issues.
• Maintain branch/distribution center cleanliness and safety compliance.
