Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking an Inventory Specialist in the San Diego area to manage inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and material flow. You will use RF devices and the Warehouse Management System to process shipments, handle receiving, stocking, and locating inventory, and ensure safety and efficiency across the distribution center.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely transactions, and proactive communication with vendors and internal teams, with opportunities to support branch operations as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in inventory control or high-volume warehouse/distribution center preferred.
• Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment preferred.
• High School or GED - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Perform cycle counts and research discrepancies.
• Receive, stock, stage, and ship material per company standards.
• Maintain safety, security, and productivity in the distribution center.
• Communicate with vendors about inventory issues and corrections.
