Qualifications

• 3-5 years of accounting experience with 2+ years in cost or inventory accounting.
• Understanding of US GAAP and journal entries in ERP environments.
• Strong Excel and ability to analyze variances and cost elements.

Responsibilities

• Engage with partners on royalty agreements and related monthly accounting.
• Analyze inventory valuation/movements and forecast variances.
• Perform general accounting in ERP/GL; prepare journal entries and analyses.
• Document new royalty agreements and projects affecting inventory flows.
• Support internal/external audits with financial data and controls.
• Assist with ad-hoc requests from senior management and FP&A.
• Identify process improvements and potential automations.
• Demonstrate leadership potential and collaborate across teams.
