Job summary

Ralph Lauren Corporation seeks a Senior Accountant of Internal Reporting to lead monthly close, consolidation of global financial data, and preparation of management and SEC reports.

The role collaborates with FP&A, IR, Shared Services, and Tax, driving automation and data analytics to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency. Strong accounting background and consolidations experience are required; JP-enabled systems like FCC/S4HANA are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• Strong organizational/multi-tasking and communications skills, both oral and written.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Private accounting experience or a combination of public/private accounting experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel).
• Experience working in a complex, multi-national organization a plus.
• Consolidations experience a plus.
• Experience with financial consolidation, close management, and ERP platforms, including FCC/FCCS, SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP Group Reporting, or similar systems.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage automation, analytics, AI, and reporting tools to streamline close activities, improve data quality, and enhance reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing consolidated financial statements including Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, and Equity Statement.
• Prepare customized management reporting and financial analyses for executive decision-making.
• Manage month-end exchange rates for divisions and data consolidation.
• Review intercompany balances and ensure proper elimination.
• Prepare schedules for quarterly Management Information Book for execs and IR.
• Assist in SEC filings disclosures (Forms 10-K and 10-Q).
• Maintain and distribute divisional financial reporting packages.
• Oversee the global consolidated chart of accounts in FCC.
• Prepare ad hoc reports and analytics for senior management.
• Support process improvements, automation, and AI initiatives in close processes.
