Job summary

Arthrex Manufacturing in Ave Maria, FL is seeking a Senior Inventory Control Specialist (Packaging) on third shift. This role supports material handling, inventory control, and production plans to ensure throughput and efficiency.

Responsibilities include SAP operations, cycle counts, and collaboration across warehouse and production teams. The ideal candidate brings warehouse/inventory control experience, strong MS Office and SAP skills, and a solid understanding of GMPs and QA processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of warehouse/inventory control experience required.
• Advanced computer knowledge for material issuance and inventory tracking.

Responsibilities

• Move materials throughout the facility as required.
• Pick and pull material to fulfill work orders and deliveries.
• Operate forklift, stock pickers, and turret truck equipment.
• Perform stock adjustments in SAP and communicate as necessary.
• Replenish supermarkets, Kanban, and other production support areas.
• Manage inventory levels for DTS items and other materials.
• Perform cycle counting, bin audits, and inventory reconciliation in SAP.
• Support warehouse organization and put away.
• Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies.
• Transfer material in SAP between locations.
• Collaborate with Warehouse and Production areas.
• Generate bin tags with accurate information.
• Adhere to Quality System Requirements.
