Job summary

US Foods Pittston, PA is seeking a Sr Inventory Control Clerk to help maintain accurate inventory levels and product quality. Under limited supervision, you will compile records from ordering, shipping and receiving, update ERP data and prepare requisitions.

Shift is Monday–Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with a base hourly rate of $24.00 per hour. You will verify stock status, perform audits when needed and support team members in day-to-day inventory control tasks to ensure reliable shipping and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• A minimum of three years experience with inventory control and HAACP required.
• Must be able to communicate clearly both in writing and verbally, strong math skills, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, basic computer skills.
• Must be able to work on complex tasks and prioritize workload.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to be a resource to others in the division.

Responsibilities

• Compiles records from ordering, shipping, and receiving materials.
• Updates information on computer to maintain inventory records.
• Assesses stock supply and reorder status.
• Prepares and verifies requisition of additional stock items.
• Assists in inventory and procedural audits when necessary.
