Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Management or SCM or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Warehouse and Receiving experience.
• SAP Materials Management experience.
• Dependable and detail oriented with a high sense of urgency.
• Good organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy and integrity across RM, WIP and finished goods.
• Oversee SAP inventory transactions and train SAP users.
• Coordinate monthly cycle counts and report accuracy.
• Lead month-end physical inventory processes and reporting.
• Support month-end close in coordination with Accounting.
• Provide input on Inventory Aging and future demand.
• Investigate root causes of inventory errors and implement corrective actions.
• Audit inventory moves and support inventory transactions.
• Provide training on inventory location management and scanners.
• Coordinate inventory status changes and pallet configurations.
